Equity, Diversity, Affirmative Action and Inclusion Training
Contact WGM for training in EEO, affirmative action, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Trainers are also available to provide Annual Refresher training for federal EEO counselors and investigators. WGM trainers have expertise in these subjects from both a legal and practitioner’s perspective. All courses are virtual but onsite training is available. Clients will have to cover all transportation and lodging fees as well as the honorarium, facility and administrative costs.
Government Relations, Nonprofit and Association Management
Contact WGM on issues related to government relations in the federal sector, and for nonprofit and association management.
WGM has considerable experience working in and for federal government agencies in the executive branch of government. WGM has experience meeting with agency officials on matters of equal opportunity policy, the budget process, regulatory changes, transition issues, agency enforcement and appropriations.
In the legislative arena, WGM has experience working in and for congressional committees and meeting with congressional staff on issues related to equal opportunity law and policies. We have also testified before committees of the Congress in both houses and can provide advice and counsel to interested clients.
WGM offers expertise in nonprofit and association management as well and is available in consulting on aspects of both sectors. Association management is unique as it includes membership development, training as well as government and public relations. Some membership associations have few staff and must rely on association management companies to manage their operations, Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations may focus on fundraising and spend considerable time working with foundations and other sources of grants. Both entities have issues regarding board governance and if they have staff, human resource management and training needs.
Talent Management
Wilcher Global Management, LLC is launching a Talent Management arm of its firm. WGM is looking to partner with other firms that recruit and promote talented entertainers of all races, genders, and ethnicities, including actors, musicians and singers seeking to raise their profile and exposure in the United States. International as well as domestic professionals are welcome.
